About Sausages Masala Recipe

A very easy yet healthy starter which is a fusion and which i came up with, when i had some unexpeted guests and no meat in my fridge. It was liked by everyone so i am sharing with you all over here.

Sausages Masala

Ingredients to make Sausages Masala

  • chicken sausages boiled 6-7
  • onion 1 Medium Size
  • tomato 1-2
  • Green chilli 1
  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala / chicken Masala powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1tbsp

How to make Sausages Masala

  1. Boil sausages and cut them about 1inch size and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan. Put about 1 tbsp of oil. And put the chopped onions in it.
  3. Salute them until soft and pink.
  4. Add chopped chilli and tomatoes in it.
  5. Cook it covered until the mixture is soft
  6. Add chilli powder, garam Masala and salt in it.
  7. Now add sausages and stir well.
  8. Cook it covered on sim for at least 5 mins.
  9. Uncover the pan, serve it and garnish with coriander leaves.

My Tip:

I used chicken sausages, one take any sausages.
