A beautiful mix of rice and chicken sausages blended to form a yummy pulao.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Steamed Rice 2 cups
  2. Chicken sausages 6, cut into small peices
  3. Rosewater 2 drops
  4. Onions 1 small chopped
  5. Tomato 1 chopped
  6. Tandoori chicken masala 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1 /2 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  11. Few mint and coriander leaves
  12. Oil/Ghee 1 tbsp
  13. Whole spices


  1. Fry the chicken sausages and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, add oil and the whole spices. Now add the onions and fry till they turn translucent, then add the tomatoes and fry.
  3. Add the tandoori masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and fry till its mushy.
  4. Now add the sausages and stir fry for a minute. Then add the mint, coriander leaves and rose water.
  5. At this stage add the steamed rice, stir fry for 2 mins or until its well mixed.
  6. Garnish with additional mint corianter leaves, fried onions and ghee.
