Ingredients to make peas spinach tikka

  • 150 GMs spinach blanched
  • 300 GMs soaked green peas
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 50 GMs Besan or gram flour
  • 25 GMs processed mozzarella
  • salt and black pepper powder
  • 10 GMs ghee

How to make peas spinach tikka

  1. Take a pan. Add ghee in it. Allow cumin seeds to crackle.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste with salt and sauté it for sometime till beautiful aroma of garlic spreads
  3. Now add spinach and peas and with the help of laddle mix them well by crushing them.
  4. Switch off flame. Now take a pan . Add besan and this peas spinach mix in it. whisk them well.
  5. Make a tikka by taking a small amount of mixture in hands and flatten in between palms and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Now seal it properly and make a tikka by pressing in between palms.
  7. Fry in little oil , till only light brown on both sides and serve it with hung curd and grated carrots, onions and beet root slices

My Tip:

We can also air fry it. It tastes equally good
