Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 25 spinach leaves
  2. 1 cup soaked and boiled chole
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. 1/2 onion cubes
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. 4-5 garlic cloves
  7. Bread crumbs as needed
  8. Salt to taste
  9. oil for shallow fry
  10. Cheese or curd or paneer
  11. 1 tsp Chat Masala Powder
  12. 1 tsp cumin powder
  13. 1 tsp Coriander powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly in the mixer add washed fresh spinach leaves and green chilli, ginger and garlic, onion, liittle water grind it
  2. Next in the same mixer add boiled Chole then grind it coarsely.
  3. After transfer to the bowl further add salt to taste , all spices and bread crumbs as needed. Mix well together
  4. Gently knead it. Then grease the hands with some oil take a small ball size of dough or mixture. And roll it then gently press with palm.
  5. Stuff the cheese or paneer or curd as your wish. Then cover it completely to all sides. And press with hands to flattened
  6. Next heat the some oil in tawa. Shallow Fry all spinach Chole tikki in oil both sides till it comes golden brown colour.
  7. Now spinach Chole tikki is ready.
