Ingredients to make semolina semiya upmav.

  • cooked semiya 1cup
  • Rawa 1/2 cup
  • grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • green chillies 2
  • oil 3 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Red chillies 1
  • curry leaves a few
  • oil
  • water enough to cook rawa. 1cup.

How to make semolina semiya upmav.

  1. heat a pan with oil. put mustard seeds , red chilli & curry leaves. fry.
  2. Then add onion & green chillies. fry till done.
  3. then add water & enough salt. let it boil.
  4. add rawa to the boiling water cook almost done. then add cooked semiya & coconut.
  5. stir well . remove from fire when rawa is thick.
  6. stir well without any lumps.
  7. it good to serve a bit cold. or it will be thick.

My Tip:

We can take it either with chutney or tomato ketchup. Let it rest for sometime after cooking.
