In pan heat ghee add semiya.roast it for 5 min in low flame
After add water and milk.allow it to boil.cook for 15 min and then add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruit powder.
Mix it well.milk reduces to half.cook for 10-15 min.
Cook well till it reaches thick consistency
