Corns Carrot Idli

Ingredients to make Corns Carrot Idli

  • corns 1/2 cup boiled
  • Suji [semolina] 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • curd 1 cup
  • Green chilli paste 1/2 tbsp
  • capsicum 1 chopped
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Eno 1 pouch

How to make Corns Carrot Idli

  1. Add suji and curd in a bowl and mix.
  2. Then add salt, ginger garlic paste and mix it.
  3. Add lemon juice, corns, green chilli paste, capsicum and mix it.
  4. Add little water and make a smooth paste.
  5. Cover it and leave for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes add eno mix it lightly.
  7. Put 1 tbsp in each greased idli stand.
  8. Put this stand in microwave for 4 minutes..
  9. Demould it when cool down and served with Ketchup.
