Ingredients to make Healthy pizza

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup bajra flour
  • 1/2 cup oats flour
  • 1/2 cup makki flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp oil
  • coriander leaves
  • water for making dough
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 tsp pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp chop onion
  • 1 tbsp chop tomato
  • 1 tbsp chop cabbage
  • 1 tbsp carrot
  • 1 tbsp beans
  • 1/2 cup red,yellow ,green bell peppers
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste
  • Oregano
  • Flakes
  • Cheese as desired

How to make Healthy pizza

  1. Take all flours and mix them
  2. Add curd and oil
  3. Then all spices
  4. Add sugar and coriander leaves
  5. Take water and make a dough
  6. Keep dough covered some time for set
  7. Till then heat oil
  8. Add ginger garlic paste and onion
  9. Saute little and add beans,carrot
  10. Cook little and add cabbage
  11. Little cook because we want crunch in veggies
  12. Then add salt, pepper
  13. Flakes and oregano
  14. Add tomato and mix all of them
  15. Devide dough in four parts
  16. Now roll down dough like thick roti
  17. And cook on tawa
  18. Butter it and spread pizza sauce
  19. Cover with veggies
  20. Grate cheese upon it
  21. And cook on tawa till cheese melt
  22. Our pizza is ready
  23. Serve hot
