Methi ki launji

Ingredients to make Methi ki launji

  • methi seeds sprouts 1 cup
  • jaggery 1 cup ( grated)
  • water 1/2 cup
  • rock salt 2 tablespoon
  • Dry mango powder 2 tablespoon
  • cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Aniseed powder 1 teaspoon
  • Asfetoida 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Nigella seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Raisin 15
  • dates 10 Chopped
  • mustard oil 2 tablespoon
  • lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Methi ki launji

  1. Put the mustard oil in a pan. Heat it and add asfetoida to. It and add sprouts and fry it for 5 minutes and stir constantly.
  2. Now add all dry masala powder and give a stir. Add water to it cook till water absorbed.
  3. Now add grated jaggery and let it melt . Stir constantly and add nigella seeds.
  4. Add dates and raisins. Mix well cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice.
  5. Your methi ki launji is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can add vinegar also.
