ABOUT Makki Methi ki roti RECIPE

Winter Special north Indians famous breakfast served with curd or butter. Delicious, yum yum hot methi paranthas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn flour( Makki Ka Aata. 2 cup
  2. Methi. 4 cups
  3. Ajwain. 1 tbsp
  4. Ginger 1/2 inch. grated
  5. Salt to Taste
  6. red chilli to taste.
  7. Water to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. Clean and chop methi very finely.
  2. Sieve Makki Aata in a bowl
  3. Add grated radish(optional), methi, salt, ginger, ajwain and chilli to it.
  4. Knead a soft dough. dough must be well kneaded for the soft roti.
  5. Take a dough ball. start making it flat with your hands.
  6. Hot hot makki methi roti is here.
