In winters it's a must with saag.It is corn whose flour is made and kneaded with water

  1. Makki /corn flour-2 cup
  2. Lukewarm water to knead

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough of makki/corn Flour with the help of lukewarm water. Take small portion of flour add water to it and knead it for few minutes .
  2. Roll it to round roti shape with the help of hands .keep it on tawa
  3. Cook it at low flame on tawa.
  4. Then keep it on gas and cook from both sides . Till its done
