Ingredients to make Makki roti

  • Makki aata 300 gms
  • Muli (radish) 2 large
  • onions 2 large
  • salt - as per ur taste
  • Green chilli 2
  • coriander leaves - 2 spoon

How to make Makki roti

  1. Grate Muli and chop the onions into small pieces.
  2. Mix a dough of Muli, onion, Makki atta, Salt, coriander and chillies using a little hot water.
  3. Make small dough ball.
  4. Put a hot tava on the gas
  5. Make small chapati using your hand. You can also use a foil.
  6. Cook it like normal chapati.

My Tip:

You can also add methi leaves or grated cailiflower or carrots instead of Muli.
