ABOUT MAKKI KI ROTI WITH SARSO KA SAAG RECIPE

There is nothing to like sarso ka sag and makki ki roti. If u are punjabi then first demand to all to eat this from you. Actually it ir very easy recipe which make at home.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 bunch of mustard leaves
  2. 1 bunch of Spinach
  3. 1 cup chopped adruk
  4. 6-7 green chilles
  5. 1 cup jagry or according to the taste
  6. 1 cup maize flour
  7. salt as pr taste
  8. 1 chopped onion
  9. 4 tbsp ghee
  10. makhan for garnishing
  11. for makki ki roti
  12. 2 CUP makki ka aata
  13. 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  14. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Clean the leaves and peel all gandal of saag
  2. chop it and cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes with salt, green chilles, jegry. Blend all with blender by adding maize flour in smooth paste
  3. Heat ghee in kadai fry adruk and saute onions
  4. put this tsdka in blended saag. cook for 15 minutes more. Enjoy hot with makki ki roti
  5. ROTI Mix all ingredients of roti and knead a dough.
  6. Take a ball size dough and roll it with hands and shallow fry both sides and enjoy hot with saag
