Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sarson ka saag Ingredients:-
  2. 1 guchi sarson
  3. 1 guchi palak
  4. 4-5 onions
  5. 1 cup ginger & garlic
  6. 7-8 Green chillies
  7. 1 cup malai
  8. salt accd to taste
  9. red chilli powder accd to taste
  10. 1 Cup water
  11. 3-4 tomatoes
  12. Makki ki Roti Ingredients:-
  13. 2 cup Makki ka atta
  14. 1 cup grated raddish
  15. 1 cup chopped methi leaves
  16. 1 cup lukewarm water
  17. 1 tsp Salt
  18. 1 tsp ajwain
  19. 1 tsp red chilli powder


  1. First Wash sarson and palak 5-6 times Than take a pressure Cooker add chopped sarson ka Saag and palak Add some salt,ginger and garlic add water and cover the lid of cooker and keep it for 30 mins on slow gas 6-7 whistles will come Cool down for 15 mins with the help of beater orh mixer grind the saag
  2. For tadka:- Take a kadai add some ghee take onions roast it well and in a mixing grinder add tomatoes and roasted onions grind it for a fine paste Than add the mixture in kadai mix it properly till the colour change add saag in kadai keep stirring till the bubbles will come for at least 20 mins add malai for smooth taste and texture
  3. For Makki ki Roti:- Take a pan add grated raddish, chopped methi, salt,red chilli powder and ajwain mix it properly make a dough and take a small portion of dough For Toasties:- I have taken small portion of dough spread some oil on tawa roast it till it changes the colour
  4. For garnishing:- First I have taken Makki toasties add some sarson ka saag add adarak ka achar and carrot grated serve hot ....
