Ingredients to make Boiled veggies

  • 1/2cup of broccoli
  • 1/4 cup of corn
  • 1 medium size of carrot
  • 1 small piece of onion
  • 1/4cup of Mix bell pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2tsp of oregano

How to make Boiled veggies

  1. Cut broccoli & carrots. Blanch them in hot water for few minutes.
  2. Cut the onion & bell peppers into cubes.
  3. Heat a pan with 1/4 tsp of olive oil.
  4. Now add the veggies, sprinkle salt & pepper.
  5. Mix well on high flame for few seconds
  6. Sprinkle oregano and mix. serve.
