Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 cup Rava / Suji
  2. 1 table spoon green pea's
  3. 1 carrot chopped finely
  4. 1 tomato chopped finely
  5. 1/2 capsicum chopped
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tea spoon black mustard
  8. 1 table spoon refined oil
  9. 1+1/2 cup water
  10. Masala's
  11. 1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tea spoon jeera powder
  13. 1/4 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  14. 1/4 tea spoon chaat masala (optional)
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1/2 lemon juice
  17. Some kadi leaves
  18. Green coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a pan firstly dry roast Suji for 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Keep away the suji
  3. In same pan heat the oil once oil gets heat add the mustard seeds and let the splutter
  4. Now add kadi leaves, chopped onions & capsicum saute for 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Then add carrot, Green peas and tomato saute for 2 to 3 minutes
  6. Once all the veggies are saute add all the masala's and salt mix well
  7. Now add lemon juice and cook for another two minutes
  8. Now add the roasted rava into it and mix well
  9. When everything is cooked and mix well add water let it boil
  10. On Low flame cooked the rava soaked all the water
  11. Lastly garnish with green coriander and serve hot
