Veg Manchurian Burger

Ingredients to make Veg Manchurian Burger

  • For Manchurian
  • 1 medium cabbage grated
  • 1/4 cauliflower grated
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup refined flour
  • 4tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2tsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 4tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4tbsp ketchup
  • butter
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced

How to make Veg Manchurian Burger

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Mix together cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, sauces, vinegar, pinch of salt, ginger garlic paste and flour well.
  2. Take big lemon sized ball, using both hands shape it, lightly flatten it like patties, drop in hot oil and fry until golden and crisp
  3. Allow excess oil to be absorbed and keep it aside
  4. To assemble burger, slit buns, toast it on tava with butter. meanwhile place sliced onion in water. Freeze tomato and onion for 10 minutes, not more. This will keep it firm
  5. Mix Mayonnaise and ketchup together. Apply on top and bottom of bun. Place lettuce leaves on bottom, place patties, then onion and tomato, finally cheese slice and top bun. Serve immediately
