  • Bengal Gram - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 4spoon
  • mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Uraldhall - 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves
  • onion - 1
  • salt - depends

How to make Plantain flower stir fry

  1. HOLD A BUNCH AND REMOVE THE TWO PARTS OF THE FLOWER TAKE OUT THE CENTRE PISTIL AND CHOPP INTO SMALL
  2. SOAK BENGAL GRAM 1 HR
  3. IN A BLENDER GRIND THE SOAK BENGAL GRAM DRAIN WATER ,ADD 2 TSP FENNEL
  4. GRIND A PASTE LIKE THIS,DNT GRIND NICELY,
  5. COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS.,
  6. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS ,URALDHALL AND LET IT SPLUTTER,
  7. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC, GREEN CHILLIES, GINGER SAUTE TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY,
  8. ADD CURRY LEAVES, ONIONS, LITTLE SALT AND SAUTE TILL ONIONS TURN TENDER
  9. NOW ADD THE BLENDED GRAM AND COMBINE WITH THE ONION
  10. MIX WELL .,SAUTE FOR 5 MIN
  11. NOW DRAINED THE WATER FROM THE CHOPPED FLOWERS ADD TO THE ONION
  12. STIR FRY FOR 30 MINS,
  13. Now the healthy tasty plantain flower stir fry is ready

My Tip:

Before you touch the flower for cleaning,either use gloves or apply sesame oil on both of your hands thoroughly.
