Maggi or masala maggi

Ingredients to make Maggi or masala maggi

  • Maggi 2packets
  • Mixed vegetables , finely chopped (onion, potato, capsicum, peas, carrot) 150 gm
  • Green chilli [finaley chopped] -2
  • tomato [finely chopped] - 1
  • Knorr Instant tomato chatpat soup 1packet
  • salt
  • oil 1 tbsp

How to make Maggi or masala maggi

  1. Cook or boil Maggi as package directions without taste maker, then drain excess water and keep aside.
  2. In a large pan heat oil
  3. Add mixed vegetables and green chili . saute till potatoes become soft
  4. Now add tomatoes , saute for a minute
  5. Now add salt and saute for a minute.
  6. Then add tomato Chatpata small soup packet and the maggi taste maker as well.
  7. Now add Maggi noddles and mix well. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Put some oil to Maggi noodles when drain from water to remain non stiky
