masala Maggi

Ingredients to make masala Maggi

  • 2 maggi noodles cake
  • 1 finelly chopped tomato
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • Some finelly chopped green coriander
  • one teaspoon oil
  • half teaspoon mustard seeds
  • two Maggi masala packets
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • water as required

How to make masala Maggi

  1. heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan
  2. add mustard seeds than tomatoes and green chillies.
  3. now add Maggi noodles
  4. roast for 2 minutes
  5. then add water is required
  6. hate some red chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder.
  7. when maggi is boiled add Maggi Masala in it.
  8. mix well.
  9. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
