Ingredients to make Nutri nugget and peas pulao

  • Basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes... 1 cup
  • Nutri nugget, boiled in salted water.. 1/2 cup
  • Green peas... 1/2 cup
  • tomatoes.. 2
  • Ginger, garlic and green chilly paste... 1 tea spoon or as per taste
  • salt to taste
  • Dry fruits ... 1/2 cup {optional}
  • Desi ghee or oil... 1 tea spoon
  • Cumin seed... 1 tea spoon
  • Biryani masala.. 2 tea spoon
  • lemon juice... Few drops
  • Roasted or fried kaju and chopped coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Nutri nugget and peas pulao

  1. Heat a woke, put cumin seed, let it cook for a while, put ginger, garlic and chili paste, saute for a minute, add nutri nuggets, peas and chopped tomatoes (pureed can be used also
  2. Add soaked rice, salt and biryani masala and saute the mix nicely.
  3. Add lemon juice and garnish with roasted kaju and coriander leaves
  4. Enjoy aromatic pulao... Its my comfort food totally
