  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • oil 1/2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Blacksalt to taste
  • Blackpepper 1 pinch
  • garlic 1 tsp(Chopped)

  1. TAKE 1 CUP HUNG CURD.
  2. ADD SALT, BLACKSALT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE AND MIX WELL.
  3. FOR TEMPER..... HEAT 1/2, TSP OIL ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC.
  4. COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND ADD A PINCH OF BLACKPEPPER POWDER.
  5. POUR IN THAT CURD.
