Ingredients to make Parsley and Mint Chutney...

  • parsley chopped 2 cups
  • mint leaves chopped 2 cups
  • ginger 1" piece
  • cloves 2
  • salt 1 tsp
  • green chillies 3-4
  • lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • olive oil 1/4th cup

How to make Parsley and Mint Chutney...

  1. Add all to a blender and blitz everything until smooth.
  2. Adjust salt and serve.
  3. Store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week or little more.
