  1. Ingredients for Masala
  2. 3 chopped tomatoes
  3. 2 capsicum chopped
  4. 3 Onions chopped
  5. 2 tea spoon pav Bhajhi masala
  6. 1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tea spoon chaat masala
  8. 1/4 tea spoon haldi powder
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
  11. 1 tea spoon butter
  12. 1 table spoon oil
  13. Half lemon juice
  14. Handful of green coriander
  15. Ingredients for pav
  16. 2 pav
  17. 1 tea spoon butter
  18. Lemon juice for garnishing
  19. green coriander for garnishing
  20. Bhelpuri sev for garnishing
  21. Ingredients for baked potatoes
  22. 2 boiled potatoes
  23. 1 /2 table spoon refined oil
  24. Little bit black pepper for sprinkling
  25. salt as per taste


  1. Firstly make the masala take a deep bottom pan add oil and 1/2 tea spoon butter let it heat
  2. Once oil is hot add cumin seeds wait till it splutter
  3. Now add chopped onions saute for two minutes until it changes little bit color
  4. Now add capsicum mix well add turmeric powder and little bit of salt cook for two 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Now add the chopped tomatoes, all the masala including pav Bhajhi masala and little bit of more salt mix well all the ingredients
  6. Now add the 1/2 tea spoon of butter, lemon juice and mix well
  7. Now cook this masala for 3 to 4 minutes by covering the lid on low flame
  8. Now check the masala add 1/2 cup of water stir it well and cooked again till water gets little absorb by covering the lid for 5 minutes on low flame
  9. Please keep checking the masala in between
  10. For roasted potatoes peiled two boiled potatoes cut into round slices
  11. Heat a pan add 1/2 table spoon of oil let it heat
  12. Add the potatoes and let them roast till it gets golden color
  13. Masala pav
  14. Take to pav cut it in half
  15. Heat a nonstick pan with 1/2 tea spoon butter
  16. Roast the pav until they get golden color
  17. Now do the plating
  18. Firstly put the pav now put the masala on top of pav
  19. Garnish them little bit of lemon juice, green coriander,bhelpuri sev and baked potatoes
  20. Masala pav with roasted potatoes are ready to serve
