How to make Thalipeeth

  1. Get all the vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Now add all the spices and salt to it accept the flours.
  3. Mix them well..
  4. you will see that after adding salt ro the vegetables they start giving out water now you add your flours in it and knead a soft dough..
  5. Don't add any water to the mixture in the start as the vegetables have a lots of water in which is sufficient to form a dough. But it also depends on what vegetables you have taken.
  6. You can add water as required to form a soft dough
  7. Now place a pan or tava on the gas to heat it
  8. Grease it with some oil
  9. Now on a platform take a butter paper or a handkerchief apply some water on it...
  10. Place a portion od the kneaded dough on it and with the help of your fingers press it to make a small chapati
  11. Make holes in the center and in between too
  12. Now lift the handkerchief and place the thalipeeth on the hot tava remove the handkerchief
  13. Ads the some oil from the sides and steam it dor 2 mins on one side
  14. Now turn it over and add some more oil and let it cook.
  15. Once cooked take it out on your plate and enjoy it hot with your desired dip, chutney, curd or sauce

My Tip:

Its a wonderful recipe to add in the vegtables and flours which are not so much loved to eat as it is by our family members.. You can change the ratio of the flours as per your tastes and add in as much as vegetables you like. Can make this as breakfast..or for tiffins and can even be made for dinner.
