ABOUT Dragon Chicken RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500gm Boneless Chicken Breast cut into strips
  2. 5 tbsp Cornflour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 Egg
  5. Oil to deep fry
  6. 3 tbsp Oil
  7. 6-8 Roasted Cashew nuts
  8. Red/yellow/green bell pepper, cubed 1 each
  9. 100gm Yogurt
  10. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  11. 1 tbsp Chilli garlic paste
  12. 8-10 Garlic cloves
  13. 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
  14. 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  15. 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  16. 1 bunch Green onion, chopped
  17. 1 bunch Garlic leaves, chopped
  18. 1 cup Chicken Stock
  19. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  20. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken strips with curd,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder & keep aside for atleast 1 hrs.
  2. Now mix cornflour,egg & little chicken stock to make batter.pour the chicken strips into it,coat well & deep fry in oil.
  3. For sauce,take oil in a wok.add chopped ginger & garlic.nicely saute.then add bellpeppers & chilli garlic paste.toss well.
  4. Add tomato ketchup & soya sauce, mix well.now add chopped green onion & garlic leaves.
  5. Toss well in high flame.now add little chicken stock & pinch of salt.add fried chicken strips. Coat well.
  6. Garnish with spring onion & roasted cashewnut & serve.
