Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the curlets:
  2. 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  3. 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  4. 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  5. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  6. 2 tsp soya sauce
  7. 1 tsp chilly powder
  8. 2 potato boiled and mashed
  9. salt to taste
  10. Bread crumbs for rolling
  11. 1/2 cup plain flour (dissolved in the water)maida
  12. oil for deep frying
  13. To be mixed into a schezuan mayo spread
  14. 2 tsp schezuan sauce
  15. 1/2 cup mayyonise
  16. Other ingredients
  17. 4 burger buns
  18. 4 tsp butter
  19. 4 cabbage leaves
  20. 2 cup Noodles boil


  1. Heat the oil in a broad pan.add the garlic and saute on a medium flam.
  2. Add the spring onion and greens and saute it.
  3. Add all the veggies.saute it.
  4. Add the soya sauce and chilly powder,mix well.
  5. Add the potatoes and salt. Mix well.
  6. Then make tikkis.
  7. Dip each cutlet in the flour mixer.and roll it in bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry it.
  9. Take a noodles add schexuan sauce and mayyonise and mix well.
  10. Cut each burger bun into two.abd toast them lightly on a rawa . Keep aside.
  11. Apply 1 tsp schezuan mayo spread on the buttered side of all the bun halves.
  12. Place a lower half of the bun on a clean , dry surface with the buttered spread side facing up
  13. Place 1 cabbage leaf, cheese slice,then cutlet, tomato, onion ring .,Capsicum ring, over it
  14. Then take schezuan noodles on it
  15. Cover an upper half on it.
  16. Press it lightly.
