Ingredients to make Carrot mashroom

  • 200 gm mushroom (cut in half)
  • 2 onion roughly chopped
  • 1 tomato CHOPPED
  • 1 green chilly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • red chilly powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbs oil
  • 1 cup grated carrot

How to make Carrot mashroom

  1. Add oil to pan and heat it
  2. Add cumin seeds, wait till they crackle.
  3. Add onions and mix for 1-2 min.
  4. add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
  5. Add green chilly, salt,red chilly, turmeric powder and saute for another minute
  6. Add Mushrooms .Cover the pan with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add grated carrot , black pepper and mix well.
  8. Turn off the flame. Serve hot with hot chapati.

My Tip:

Wash the mashroom in luke warm water.
