Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Patties, 3/4 cup boneless chicken
  2. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. 2 tsp onion and red chilli paste
  4. 3/4 tsp chat masala
  5. 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  6. 1 tsp fennel powder
  7. 3/4 tsp garam masala powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. 1 tsp tikka masala
  11. 1/2 cup left over biryani rice
  12. 1 chopped onion
  13. 2 green chillies chopped
  14. 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  15. 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  16. For Coating,1 egg
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  19. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  20. 3 tbsp corn flakes crumbs
  21. oil for cooking
  22. For Assembling,already prepare tomato and mayonnaise Burger sauce
  23. Few slice of Onion and tomato and spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Take boneless chicken in a bowl
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste
  3. Add onion and red chilli paste
  4. Add black pepper powder
  5. Add chat masala
  6. Roasted cumin powder
  7. Add fennel powder
  8. Add garam masala powder
  9. Add salt
  10. Add lemon juice
  11. Add tikka masala and keep aside for 30 minutes for marinate
  12. After marinate heat oil in tawa add marinate chicken pieces in it
  13. When done left to cool
  14. And chopped in small pieces
  15. When cool transfer in mixer jar
  16. Add leftover biryani rice
  17. Grind it
  18. When grind transfer in mixing bowl
  19. Add chopped onion
  20. Chopped green chillies
  21. Add lemon juice
  22. If need add salt
  23. Add corn flour if need for binding
  24. Now mix all
  25. When mix
  26. Now place paneer cubes in centre and cover nicely from all sides
  27. Make patties of all
  28. For coating take egg in a bowl
  29. Add Chilli flakes
  30. Add roasted cumin powder
  31. And mix
  32. Now dip the patties in egg mixture and coat with corn flakes crumbs
  33. Drop in hot oil for frying
  34. When one side done flip to cook and crisp otherside
  35. When done keep aside
  36. Cut the bun in half and heat on oily tawa
  37. Arrange slice of onion,tomato and spinach
  38. Add Tikka biryani patties
  39. Place other half over the patties now Tikka Biryani Kabab Burger is ready to eat
  40. Serve hot with green chutney and sauce
