Vagetable tomato rice

Ingredients to make Vagetable tomato rice

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • Vegetable chopped (cauliflower, mushrooms, carrot, gree pease and paneer)
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp garam masala powder
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • Some curry leaves
  • Some chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp oil

How to make Vagetable tomato rice

  1. Take a kadhai heat 1tsp oil Add cumin seeds and green cardamom saute them ,
  2. Now add onion and curry leaves when onion till turned golden colour then add tomatoes and spices mix it.
  3. Add chopped vegetables and salt mix it and cover the lid cook it in 2,3 minutes.
  4. After 3 minutes add cooked rice and give it a good mix.
  5. Cook it in high flame another 2,3 minutes (Stir continusly)
  6. After 3 minutes add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot,enjoy!
