Ingredients to make Fruit custard

  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp tutty fruity

How to make Fruit custard

  1. Take 50 milk aside and let the rest to boil in a pan.
  2. Add sugar to the boiling milk and mix well.
  3. Add custard powder in 50 ml of milk kept aside and mix well till no lumps.
  4. When the milk comes to boil, lower the flame and add the milk with custard powder.
  5. Keep stirring well for 2-3 mins to avoid any lumps formation.
  6. Switch off the gas and let it cool.
  7. Chop the fruits and add to the cooled custard.
  8. Garnish with tutty fruity and serve cold.
