Ingredients to make Veggie Egg Frame

  • egg 1
  • spinach leaves 10 to 12
  • garlic cloves 2
  • red chilly rings
  • mushroom 1
  • tomato slices
  • cucumber slices
  • Bread slices cut into circle
  • Salt and pepper as requested
  • oil as needed

How to make Veggie Egg Frame

  1. Pan fry the bread slices. Both the sides.
  2. Into the same pan add a tablespoon of oil.
  3. Add chopped garlic, blanched spinach leaves and chopped half mushroom together.
  4. Sautee for a while. And season with salt and pepper.
  5. On the side of the pan toss the red chili slices and mushroom slices.
  6. Keep a side.
  7. Into the same pan. Half fry the egg. And season with salt and pepper.
  8. Plate all the ready ingredients.
  9. Into the bread slices put tomato slice, cucumber slice and spinach.
  10. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
