Ingredients to make sukha bhel

  • 2bowl puff rice/murmura
  • 1/2 bowl finely chopped deseeded tomato
  • 1/2 bowl finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 bowl finely chopped cucumber
  • 2tbsp finely chopped fresh corriander
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2tbsp finely chopped raw mango
  • 1 greenchilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 bowl namkeens mixture
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 bowl of fine nylon sev

How to make sukha bhel

  1. warm puffed rice on slow flame for 5minutes
  2. switch off flame and cool them
  3. now add chopped onion
  4. add chopped tomatoes
  5. add chopped raw mango
  6. add cucumber
  7. add mixture
  8. add lemon juice
  9. add green chili and salt
  10. add corriander
  11. toss it
  12. serve in serving plate
  13. sprinkle some nylon sev and serve
