this is the Mumbai bhel which we always love to have you will find this not only in each and every street but also in local trains of Mumbai and its really tasty healthy and Yuuuumm to eat its made up of puffed rice which we call murmura its made little crispi and have added namkeens,chopped onion and tomatoes,fresh corriander,lemon juice,peanuts,I always keep murmura at home because it makes easy whenever we have cravings,we can give these to kids too for choti choti bhuk,you can have with your tea and coffee friends try this you will definitely love it

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2bowl puff rice/murmura
  2. 1/2 bowl finely chopped deseeded tomato
  3. 1/2 bowl finely chopped onions
  4. 1/2 bowl finely chopped cucumber
  5. 2tbsp finely chopped fresh corriander
  6. 1/2 lemon juice
  7. salt to taste
  8. 2tbsp finely chopped raw mango
  9. 1 greenchilli finely chopped
  10. 1/2 bowl namkeens mixture
  11. 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  12. 1/2 bowl of fine nylon sev


  1. warm puffed rice on slow flame for 5minutes
  2. switch off flame and cool them
  3. now add chopped onion
  4. add chopped tomatoes
  5. add chopped raw mango
  6. add cucumber
  7. add mixture
  8. add lemon juice
  9. add green chili and salt
  10. add corriander
  11. toss it
  12. serve in serving plate
  13. sprinkle some nylon sev and serve
