Ingredients to make Vegetable dalia

  • 1 bowl daliya
  • 1 bowl chopped cabbage
  • Half bowl chopped onion
  • 2 chopped carrot
  • Half bowl peas
  • 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • Chopped corriander leaves
  • 1tblspn jeera
  • 1tspn hing
  • 1tbl spn salt
  • 1tspn red chilli powder
  • 1tblspn oregano for taste
  • 1 or 2 tblspn ghee
  • 1 bowl tomato puree.

How to make Vegetable dalia

  1. Take a pressure cooker.
  2. Put ghee in it.
  3. When it is heated put hing and jeera.
  4. After that put onion.
  5. Saute it.
  6. After saute onion put cabbage, carrot, and peas in it.
  7. Now add puree.
  8. After puree add salt , red chilli powder, and oregano in it.
  9. Mix them very well.
  10. Add water more than double daliya.
  11. Pressure cook it.
  12. After 2 whistle simmer the flame for 5 minutes.
  13. After 5 mins off the flame.
  14. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  15. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

Very much easy to make. U can add as many veggies.oregano is for taste.
