Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gm black grapes
  2. 1 tsp raisin
  3. 5 chopped date
  4. 25 gm sugar
  5. to taste Rock salt
  6. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  7. 1/4 tsp ghee


  1. Wash the grapes and cut them
  2. Take Non-stick pan and put some ghee and grapes and stir well and cook at medium flame for two minute
  3. Now add rock salt,pepper powder and two tbsp water,till grapes are cooked well
  4. Add sugar Raisin, date after 10 minute and cook for 5 minute
  5. Now grapes chutney is ready
  6. This chutney you can serve with any falahari snacks
