Ingredients to make paneer bhurji ( without onion )

  • 150 gm paneer
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt , to taste
  • 1/4 cup water

How to make paneer bhurji ( without onion )

  1. Make a purée of tomatoes in blender.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add grated ginger.
  3. Sauté for 1 min and then add tomato purée.
  4. Add salt and all dry spices and mix well.
  5. Cook for 2-3 mins till it starts leaving oil.
  6. Add water and let it come to boil.
  7. Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
  8. Sauté for 1-2 mins and then switch off the gas.
  9. Add garam masala powder and coriander and serve hot.
