    Cherrish Chicken

    Ingredients to make Cherrish Chicken

    • 1 Boneless chicken breast
    • 100 gm curd
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • salt to taste
    • 4 tbsp cornflour
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp chilli flakes
    • Handful of Cherries
    • oil to deep fry

    How to make Cherrish Chicken

    1. Cut the chicken breast into 5 chicken strips. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except cornflour.
    2. Make a batter with the cornflour and water. Dip the strips into it and make it round in shape, around a cherry.
    3. Pin a skewer along the cherry into the chicken strips. Deep fry them in medium hot oil for 5 minutes.
    4. Serve hot after taking off the skewer.
