Ingredients to make Grilled sandwich

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 50 gm paneer
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 2 cheese slices
  • salt, to taste
  • butter, as required

How to make Grilled sandwich

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Add grated paneer and chopped onions.
  3. Add chopped chillies and coriander and salt and mix well.
  4. Place cheese slice on bread and spread the filling.
  5. Cover with another bread slice.
  6. Butter the outside of both bread slices and grill in a heated grilled sandwich plate.
  7. Serve hot.
