ABOUT Peanut Aloo Sabji RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato - 1 medium sized
  2. Peanuts - Handful
  3. Peas - Quarter cup
  4. Curry leaves and Coreander Leaves - together 1 tbsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  7. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat up a pan, and pour in 3 tbsp oil. Once the oil heats up, add in the peanuts and roast them.
  2. Add in the peas, and cube shaped cut potato.
  3. Toss the salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli flakes.
  4. Keep sauting them until all gets cooked thoroughly.
  5. Can sprinkle generous amount of water if required.
  6. Garnish finally with the leaves and serve hot.
