Ingredients to make Akuri

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 2tbsp chopped onion
  • 1tbsp chopped green chili
  • 1tsp chopped ginger
  • 1tbsp Chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 2tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4tsp clove powder
  • 1tsp cardamom powder
  • lemon juice as per taste.
  • butter

How to make Akuri

  1. Take a bowl break the egg add salt, pepper, milk and black pepper powder. Beat it well.
  2. Heat butter in a pan add cumin let them crackle add Ginger green chili and onion saute till light golden.
  3. Add turmeric stir & add egg mixture quickly mix it well cook on low heat for about 5 minute.
  4. Add lemon juice and coriander. Serve hot with bread slices.

My Tip:

Traditionally it has tomatoes also.
