MEETHI MARGARITA MUFFINS

Ingredients to make MEETHI MARGARITA MUFFINS

  • All purposes flour - 1 cup
  • butter - 100 gm
  • Powder sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder - 1teaspoon
  • baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • lemon juice - 1tablespoons
  • Cheese slices - 4 no
  • Fresh methi leaves chopped - 1 cup
  • onion chopped - 1/2 cup
  • ginger and garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1teaspoon
  • red chilli powder - 1teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1teaspoon
  • tomato sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 1tablespoons
  • salt to taste

How to make MEETHI MARGARITA MUFFINS

  1. Mix the flour , baking powder , baking soda and salt together in a bowl .
  2. Heat Olive oil in a pan add chopped onions and fry for few minutes add ginger and garlic paste and stir fry .
  3. Now add the chopped methi leaves mix well and cover the lid and allow it to cook on low flame for 5 minutes .
  4. Now add the tomato sauce , salt and sugar and red chilli powder and again mix well fry for few minutes.
  5. Swatch off the flame and keep aside .
  6. Now make muffin batter .
  7. In a large bowl add butter and sugar mix well then add the curd and mix well .
  8. Now add the flour mix and make a smooth batter .
  9. Greased a muffin tray in Olive oil and add 2 tablespoons of muffin batter then add 1tablespoons of methi filling and cheese slices on top.
  10. Preheated the oven 200°C for 10 minutes .
  11. Bake the MARGARITA MUFFINS for 10 - 15 minutes and serve hot .

My Tip:

Instead of methi used any types of winter special stir fry veggies .
