ABOUT Matar ki sabzi RECIPE

It's a winter dish with a goodful of greens like peas, spring garlic and coriander leaves

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peas - 1/2 kg
  2. spring garlic( lehsun patte) - 3 pieces
  3. Coriander leaves - a handful
  4. Green chillies - 4 pieces
  5. Mustard oil - 3-4 tbsps
  6. sugar - 1/3rd tsp
  7. black pepper - to taste
  8. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel all the peas ,wash it. Cut spring garlic,green chillies and coriander leaves in small (chopped). In a wok add mustard oil or (refined oil )add green chillies and spring garlic add square shaped potatoes fry for 1 min
  2. Add peas fry a lil then add salt n sugar.add half glass water and cook till peas and potatoes become tender in a low or medium flame....
  3. When oil separates add coriander leaves and black pepper powder .
  4. Serve hot with bread toast or paratha
