Yummy instant dhoklas

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1 cup Suji
  3. 1 table spoon oil
  4. 1 table spoon sugar
  5. Salt
  6. 1 table spoon curd
  7. 4-5 lemon
  8. Baking powder
  9. Fruit salt
  10. Green coriander leaves
  11. Rai
  12. Sliced green chillies
  13. Meeti neem.


  1. Mix 1 cup of Suji, 1 cup of Besan, 1 table spoon curd, 1 table spoon oil, 1 table spoon sugar, salt to taste, 1 squeezed lemon juice, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add water to it and make a medium thick paste.
  3. Add baking soda, mix it, cover it and keep it for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Greece the microwave bowl with oil.
  5. Add fruit salt to the mixture and mix it and pour it into a bowl.
  6. Microwave it for 5 minutes.
  7. Now heat 1 table spoon oil in pan on normal flame, add rai to it and methi neem, then add 1.5 glass of water then add sugar, salt to taste, add sliced green chillies, then add 3-4 squeezed lemon juice and heat it till boiling.
  8. After cooling pour the water on the baked dhoklas and you will see all the water will be soaked by the dhoklas which gives them spunjy n juicy taste.
  9. Add chopped green coriander leaves on top of it. And server it hot.
