Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sesame seeds 1 cup
  2. Roasted bengal gram 1/4 cup
  3. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  4. Water as required
  5. Ghee 2 tsp


  1. Dry roast the sesame seeds and roasted Bengal gram separately.cool it.
  2. Grind it together coarsely.dont grind as too powder.keep it aside
  3. Now boil jaggery in 1/2 cup of water.boil till it reaches thick consistency.
  4. Now add sesame and gram powder mix well.
  5. Immediately transfer it to a plate. Let it cool for 2 min.
  6. Now grease your hands with ghee.take small portion of mixture and make into small balls.
  7. Store it in air tight container
