About Ginger sesame laddoo Recipe

Ginger sesame laddoos are winter special laddoo to avoid cold and cough specially for children.

Ingredients to make Ginger sesame laddoo

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup dry coconut
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/4 spoon cardamom powder

How to make Ginger sesame laddoo

  1. Firstly put dry coconut in a mixer and grind it until it becomes powdery and keep it aside.
  2. Now peel the skin of ginger and make ginger paste by grinding it in the mixer.
  3. Then roast sesame in a nonstick pan and grind it in the mixer and keep it aside.
  4. Add two spoon pure ghee in a pan and heat it. Then add wheat flour and roast it on low flame till it turns light golden in colour and keep it aside.
  5. Now heat a pan and add one spoon pure ghee then add coconut powder and roast it for a few minutes and keep it aside.
  6. Now heat a pan and add 4 spoon pure ghee then roast fresh ginger paste on sim flame till it turns light golden in colour and keep it aside.
  7. Now heat a pan and add two spoon pure ghee. Then add jaggery powder in the same pan and melt it.
  8. Now add all roasted ingredients one by one. Wheat flour, ginger powder, coconut powder, sesame seeds powder, cardamom powder. Mix them well and stir for few minutes.
  9. Now turn the flame off and cool then make small size laddoos. Ginger seasam laddoo are ready to eat.

My Tip:

You can store these laddoos in airtight jar and use 15-20 days.
