Ingredients to make Sesame fingers

  • 1 big bread
  • 4 onions
  • 100 gm each carrot and beans
  • 1capisisum 2 potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon anginomoto(optional)
  • 1tsp red chiili powder
  • 2 tea spoon soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed (till)white)
  • 4tbsp oil ,salt to taste
  • 1cup maida
  • oil to fry

How to make Sesame fingers

  1. Chop carrot,beans ,capiscum and onion.
  2. Boil potatoes and mash coarsely. Parboil carrot and beans.
  3. Heat oil and saute onion, capisum, carrot, beans for 3-4 min.
  4. Add potatoes, anjinomoto,salt, red chilli, soyasauce and cook for 2-3 min
  5. Cool the mixture. Make batter of 1 cup maida adding 1/2 cup water. Spread veg mix on each bread and press a bit. Apply batter over the vegetables. Sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
  6. Deep fry the bread slice.cut it into 5 long pcs. Serve hot with dotted chilli sauce
