Ingredients to make Dryfruit chocolate lollipops

  • 150 gm almonds grinded
  • 150 gm walnuts grinded
  • 200 gm dates grinded
  • 200 gm compound chocolate
  • Toothpick as required
  • For garnishing some grinded almonds and walnuts
  • 2-3 spoons colourful fennel seeds

How to make Dryfruit chocolate lollipops

  1. Make a dough of dates,walnuts and almonds.
  2. Take a Small amount of dough to make lemon sized balls
  3. Insert a toothpick inside each ball.
  4. Now use double boiler method to melt the chocolate.
  5. Pour the liquid chocolate over dryfruit lollipops.
  6. Garnish with colourful fennel seeds and grinded almonds and walnuts.

Use double boiler method very carefully.
