Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sesame seeds
  2. 8 garlic cloves
  3. 10 to 12 cashew nuts
  4. 8 to 10 white pepper
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  8. 1 tsp sugar powder
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take sesame seeds,garlic cloves,cashew nuts and white pepper in a pan and roast it till pleasant smell comes,when done keep aside to cool
  2. Now transfer in mixer,add 1 tbsp olive oil and make fine paste of it,Add mayonnaise,lemon juice,salt and sugar powder and again churn only one time to mix all ingredients nicely
  3. Now sesame and garlic dip is ready to serve. Use it with any food like nachos, tahiri,khichdi,chips paratha or any other.
