Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. chicken tikka piece
  2. Baby potatos 5 to 6
  3. curry leaves - few sprigs
  4. Crushed red chillies - 2 to 3
  5. Green chilli 1 to 2
  6. ginger garlic - 2 tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. yogurt - 1/4 cup
  9. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  10. coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  11. 1 small onion
  12. 2 tsp any tikka masala
  13. Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with all of the above ingredients except the baby potatoes.
  2. Marinate for 2 hours, then cook in a deep pan with 3 tsp oil and add in the potatoes.
  3. After 15 minutes, put Tikka masala and cook till you get some colour.
  4. Grill in the microwave and at last give smoke of charcoal and garnish with coriander.
